This is a three-day, overnight retreat. Step out of your day-to-day environment and into a private setting where your time and attention are fully directed toward your business. This is not a retreat for rest. This is a working environment where you focus on your business without interruption.
What This Is
DARK MODE is a three-day, small-group, overnight experience for women founders who need time and space away from their normal environment to think clearly and make decisions about their businesses. The group is limited to six participants. The size is intentional because it allows for direct work and real engagement with your business. There is no open networking and no passive sessions. You are not observing others, you are here to work on your business with other like-minded women.
What Happens
Get ready to dig deep. Step away from your daily responsibilities, and into a space where your attention is not being pulled in different directions. We are digging through the DIRT to build a more solid foundation.
On the first day, you look at your business as it actually is. You review where money is coming from, where time is going, and what is not working. You identify the primary issue that is slowing progress.
On the second day, you move into decision-making. You address what you have been revisiting without resolution and determine what needs to change.
On the third day, you focus on execution. You leave with a clear direction and a defined next step for your business.
How You Will Work
This is not a solo experience. You will work both individually and with others.
Each participant will have one-on-one accountability sessions with April. These are direct working sessions focused on your business and the decisions in front of you. You will also be paired in groups of two. These are structured accountability conversations where you speak openly about what is not working and where you are stuck. The purpose is clarity. There will be guided evening conversations. These are focused on what is coming up as you work through your business in real time. You will be in the same space for three days. You will work, eat, and stay in that environment. The retreat is built around one shared objective: Each woman is there to move her business forward.
Who This Room Is Built For
This experience is for women who are willing to step outside of their comfort zone to get clear. We are working on your business and how you think about your business. That requires focus and full participation. You must be able to step away from your business and daily responsibilities for the full three days. If you are not prepared to be fully invested during this time, this is not the right environment. This room is for serious women business owners who are ready to face tough decisions and create follow through.

The Environment
The room operates as a protected environment. You cannot attend if you have an existing relationship with another participant. This allows you to speak openly without managing how you are perceived. There is no need to perform in this space. The work requires you to be direct about what is happening in your business. You are expected to be present and engaged throughout the experience.
The Experience
The environment is structured to support focus.
Meals are clean and intentional.
Daily movement is included to support energy and clarity.
You will stay on-site for the duration of the retreat. This allows you to remain fully immersed in the work.
